Assessment and Development Centres offer employers insight into an individual¡¦s personality, competencies and values so that a detailed profile of one¡¦s strengths and development needs can be identified. Competency-based interview, presentation and together other assessment tools can be used in the Centres for recruitment, selection and development purposes.

The uses of Assessment and Development Centres are as follows:
