Leadership Survey
To understand how an employee is performing in own work, information about their employees¡¦ performance can be gathered by the manager through Leadership Survey, a performance measurement that combines information from the employee¡¦s managers, peers, subordinates, self and customers through interviews and questionnaires.
The uses of Leadership Survey are as follows:
• Creating an objective view about an employee's performance
• Linking employees¡¦ behavior with the organization¡¦s goals
• Supporting decisions on recruitment and retention
• Serving as basis for knowledge and skills development
