Aptitude Test

Our Aptitude Test measures candidates¡¦ competencies within our competency framework. It is customized based on the matching of job descriptions and requirements to competencies. By taking the test, it allows managers to assess how the employees operate at work and also employees for self-evaluation.

The uses of Aptitude Test are as follows:
• Reducing recruitment costs
• Identifying high potentials
• Screening candidates for promotion
• Developing career development plan
